Cashier Receptionist

At Southwestern Electric Cooperative, we power more than just homes – we power communities, progress, and possibilities. As a member of our Cashier Receptionist, you'll play an important role in our daily operations, helping ensure our members receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct all incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
• Greet and assist walk-in visitors, ensuring they are connected to the right team member.
• Assist members with payments and general billing inquiries - in person, over the phone, and via the drive-through.
• Process payments through the cash register, balance checks, and upload deposits to the bank.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with technology, including sufficient experience with Microsoft applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• 10-key Calculator experience.
• Switch-board operator experience.
• Ability to multi-task.
